الأحواض والمنتجات غير النباتية
يمكنك إرجاع الأحواض والمنتجات غير النباتية خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط أن تكون بحالتها الأصلية وغير مستخدمة.
النباتات الحية
النباتات الحية غير قابلة للإرجاع بعد الاستلام. في حال وصلتك النبتة تالفة أو غير مطابقة لما طلبته، تواصل معنا خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام عبر واتساب وأرسل صورة، وبنعوضك أو نرسل بديلًا.
كيف تطلب الإرجاع؟
تواصل معنا عبر واتساب على الرقم 95557252 وأرسل رقم طلبك وسبب الإرجاع.
المبالغ المستردة
يتم استرداد المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية خلال 5 إلى 7 أيام عمل بعد استلام المنتج المُرجَع.
Return & Exchange Policy
Pots and non-plant products
Pots and non-plant products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
Live plants
Live plants cannot be returned once delivered. If your plant arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will refund you or send a replacement.
How to request a return
Message us on WhatsApp at 95557252 with your order number and the reason for the return.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
